Yoga Got Game – Sports Yoga for Teen Athletes
Youth invest so much in their physical training but we all know many of the sports we play involve a significant mental component. Incorporating yoga and mindfulness into an athletes training and lifestyle enhances every aspect of their overall performance. This practice will improve mental stamina, relieve stress enabling players to better cope with high stress situations on and off the field, improves sleep, balance and flexibility, support healthy recovery, soothes muscles and is an important part of injury prevention. Yoga will help your athlete have a unique edge above the rest and help them to “get the game” they’ve always dreamed of.
