Yarn Dyeing Workshop

In this hands-on workshop, we will be learning about the yarn dyeing process and three techniques to achieve different dyeing effects. Each participant will dye their own hank of 100% wool to keep!

After the dyeing workshop, we will dry and wind the yarn balls here at the library, and they’ll be available for participants to pick up the following week, ready to use for your next fiber arts project!

This program is limited to 10 participants.

Snacks will be provided. This event will take place in-person at the New Amsterdam Library and is restricted to tweens and teens in grades 6-12. Registration is not required.
