Wine Tasting Dinner

In partnership with Wunderwein LLC, the Plattduetsche Park Restaurant & Catering will host a five-course wine tasting dinner on March 4, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. featuring some of Germany’s best wines. Executive Chef Herbert Aigner has expertly paired the wines with courses like pan-seared crab cake with piquillo pepper aioli served with Gut Hermannsberg Just Riesling and roasted rack of veal, sage and rosemary au jus, lemon oil mashed potatoes and root vegetables accompanied by Battenfeld-Spanier Spätburgunder. Representatives from the wineries will be in attendance to discuss tasting notes.
