Tai Chi at the LongHouse Reserve

Thursdays and Saturdays, 10 – 11 am, through Oct. 5;

Tai Chi is a gentle class encouraging all to move and enjoy the lovely gardens. All ages are welcome to try this ancient form of exercise that helps reduce stress, improve balance, and build strength. Relax and take time from your busy schedule to breathe deeply, enjoy, and appreciate the beauty of life.
