Freedom Tales: A Storytelling Festival inspired by the Works of Faith Ringgold. Explore themes of justice, freedom, activism and art through the lens of storytelling! The museum’s current exhibitions focusing on the work of artist, author and activist Faith Ringgold are the backdrop for this 3 day event that includes interactive storytelling, musical interludes, author appearances and hands on art activities all weekend long.
