Storytime Book Flix: Malala Yousefzei

This event will take place in person at the Morrisania Library.

Join us for a special screening of Malala Yousafzai by Jodie Shephard on BookFlix! Growing up in Pakistan, girls were unable to attend school. Malala refused to stay home and advocated for education, risking her life. Today, she strives to ensure that every girl around the globe has the opportunity to go to school. Perfect for all ages!

BookFlix pairs classic fictional video storybooks from Weston Woods with nonfiction eBooks from Scholastic. (PreK – 3)
