Stop the Bleed (Adults and Teens/Tweens)

Blood loss is the #1 cause of death from traumatic injuries. In this course led by medical staff from Stony Brook University Hospital, you’ll learn 3 quick techniques to help save a life. Hosted by Emma Clark Library.

Registration is now open for the class on Tuesday, July 8, 2:00 – 4:00pm. Open to Adults AND Teens/Tweens (Grades 6 – 12) who are Suffolk County residents. Click here to register.

***If you can’t make the class in July, Emma Clark Library is also hosting a class on Saturday, August 9 from 10:00 a.m. – 12 noon. Registration will open for that class on 7/14.
