Spring Opening at the Audubon Center
Kick off the spring season with fun nature activities at the Prospect Park Audubon Center. Families and children can learn about bird migration through interactive games, join the teen staff that will lead a story hour and stay and see a screening of The Lorax. Limited seating is available for the movie on a first come first served basis.
Bird Nerd Game hour 12 – 1 pm: Learn about birds and nature in this fun, mildly competitive hour of puzzles, Bingo, card games, and more!
Animal Encounter 1 – 2 pm: Join Alliance Naturalists in learning more about the animals in the Audubon Center’s collection.
The Lorax Movie 2 – 4 pm: Enjoy a 94 min screening of Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax beginning at 2 pm.
