About this Performance 

TERRESTRIALS PRESENTS: Wilderness Wonderland at Little Island 

Bring your littles to Little Island for a FREE one-hour activity series featuring nature-inspired fun, hosted by WNYC and Radiolab’s family-friendly podcast, Terrestrials. 

On Wednesday, August 6 and Thursday, August 7, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Little Island will transform into a wonderland of curiosity, creativity, and critters. With Terrestrials as your gentle guides, kids will sing, crawl, buzz, and bloom through a choose-your-own-adventure-style experience celebrating the wildlife of the land, sea, and air on and around Little Island. 

Families can move freely between interactive stations across Little Island, including: 

Music and movement sessions with Terrestrials host Lulu MIller and “songbud” Alan Goffinski  

A nature scavenger hunt. 

Live specimen station with wildlife educators from Hudson River Park and Terrestrials producer, Ana González. 

Terrestrials swag bags for the first 75 kids to complete the scavenger hunt
