Preschool Storytime and Craft

Join us each Monday at 4PM  for storytime and crafts with Hal! We’ll read a book followed by a craft designed for ages 3-6. No registration needed. We will always have materials for 15 kids to make the craft and usually will have space for more, though more complicated crafts may have limited materials.

Our Monday afternoons for April are:

Monday April 7: Collage Flowers

Help us decorate the wall for spring by making flowers out of old magazines! Use pre-cut petals from old magazines or cut your own shapes to make flowers to take home or hang up in our children’s room.

Monday April 14: Hatching Chicks

Join us to learn about eggs and things that hatch from them and make a hatching chick puppet on a popsicle stick!

Monday, April 21: Water Cycle Dice

Join us to learn about the water cycle and make cardstock water cycle “dice” that feature words and concepts about the water cycle!

Monday, April 28: Fabric Tote Bags

Join us to read books about the clothes we wear and our self-expression and decorate a fabulous pencil case or tote bag with fabric markers!
