The annual Persian Day Parade in NYC serves to showcase various aspects of Persian culture, including music, dance, art, literature, and cuisine, while also preserving and passing on these traditions to future generations. Nowruz, the Persian New Year, symbolizing renewal, and rebirth, marks the start of spring and is celebrated joyously in New York City with the Persian Parade. This celebration, open to all, invites people to welcome the new year, celebrate Iran’s rich culture, and enjoy its centuries-old traditions. The parade begins at Madison Avenue at 39th Street nd ends at Madison Square Park.
