Park Slope Civic Council 2025 Children’s Halloween Parade
The annual PSCC Children’s Halloween Parade is the largest children’s parade in NYC. Park Slope’s Halloween festivities start after school with trick-or-treating at local stores along Seventh and Fifth Avenues from 4 to 6pm. The parade, which is open to people of all ages, steps off at 7th Avenue and 14th Street at 6:30pm. Led by members of the Park Slope Civic Council and elected officials, the parade features bands, dancers, and costumed celebrants. It travels from 14th Street to Third Street, then turns left to end at Washington Park. Plan your costume with friends and family – there will be a group costume contest. Judging is at 7:20pm. From 7:15 to 8pm, enjoy music from the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music.
