Parade on Rockaway

Parade on Rockaway is celebrating ELEVEN years of bringing cheer to Jamaica, Queens. Hosted by HopeNYC Church the Parade on Rockaway is a three day celebration designed to bring joy to the city. Parade takes place on Rockaway Blvd. from 130th-143rd Streets. 

After Hurricane Sandy…Jamaica, Queens needed a sign of HOPE and Parade on Rockaway was born. Since then, every year (even during the pandemic!) Parade on Rockaway has brought joy, hope, and Christmas to everyone! You can expect three full days of amazing events including one of a kind food vendors, an artisan holiday winter market, Christmas displays, a spectacular light parade, the largest Christmas tree lighting in Queens, Santa, toy giveaways, live musical and dance performances, and much more.
