The Whaling Museum is hosting Safe Boating Courses for all students age 10 and older. Learn the essentials of safe boat operation, regulations, and responsibilities of boat ownership to receive your boating certificate. This course meets the New York State education requirement for the Personal Water Craft Operation Permit, Youth and Adult Boating Certificate.
