This program will take place in person at the Westchester Square Library Branch.
Honoring Mental Health Awareness Month, this week participants can choose to unwind with mandalas or create a collage.
Create colorful mandalas using our variety of markers, colored pencils, and crayons or create your own collage using old magazines.
Studies show that coloring and creating collages can have positive effects on mental health, offering a creative outlet for emotional expression, stress reduction, and enhanced self-awareness
