Description:

Paper flowers are a type of traditional folk art from Mexico. Paper flowers are created out of tissue paper and are easy to make. Participants will learn to fold and manipulate colorful pieces of tissue paper to make a beautiful bouquet of cheerful flowers that will last forever.
