Little Explorers Drop-Off Program

Coyotes, bison, and pronghorn, oh my! Discover the diverse ecosystem of the prairie through hands-on activities, up-close encounters, and exhibit exploration. Kids get to put their animal skills to the test Sunday mornings in this early-access class! Guided by WCS Educators, kids learn about the Queens Zoo’s residents through up-close animal encounters, behind-the-scenes adventures, and themed activities. From exhibit visits to hands-on crafts to age-appropriate STEM lessons, this drop-off program makes learning fun! For children in grades K-5.
