Light Up Brooklyn Commons

Celebrate the start of the holiday season while enjoying a variety of festive outdoor activities at the Light Up Brooklyn Commons event, presented by Brookfield Properties. Attendees can explore an exhibition of exquisitely carved ice sculptures by Okamoto Studio and observe a live carving, sample holiday sweet treats, and look on as Santa himself lights up the treasured Brooklyn Commons Christmas tree, for all to enjoy. The evening’s activities are all free and open to the public.

Schedule:

+ 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.: Live Ice Carving by Okamoto Studio.

+ 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.: Exhibition of ice sculptures by Okamoto Studio on view.

+ 6:30 p.m.: Tree lighting with Santa.

+ Ongoing: Enjoy free holiday sweet treats and hot beverages, while supplies last.
