Lantern Walk

The Lantern Walk is our annual fall celebration connecting people to the rhythms of nature and the change of seasons as we near the winter solstice. Children and adults come to make their own lanterns and then at dusk we turn on all of the lanterns and walk together around the fields “putting the fields to sleep” for winter. It will include light refreshments. This is a family friendly, kid-focused event, but adults are welcome to join in!

Date & Time: Thursday, November 9th, 4:15pm-5pm

Audience: Open to all ages, children must be accompanied by a caregiver.

Cost: $10 per person for lantern making kit, free for people joining the walk.

What to Expect: We will start with everyone making their lanterns and then we will move to the fields to start the walk altogether at dusk. All are welcome to join the walk.

*This ticket is non-refundable. If you cannot attend then please let us know so that we can open up the spot to someone else. Your cancelled tickets will be donated to support our community programming and our apprenticeship program at the farm.
