Kid’s Yoga
This kids yoga class for ages 5–9 is a fun and active way for children to explore movement, mindfulness, and self-expression. Through yoga poses, games, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, kids build strength, balance, and focus—all while having fun in a supportive, creative environment. Each class encourages confidence, body awareness, and a sense of calm that kids can carry with them beyond the mat. Advanced registration required.
