QUEENS IS THE FUTURE!

The beloved Kids of Queens is making its big comeback — sponsored by the Queens Marathon — and this year we’re bringing the energy back to Flushing Meadows–Corona Park with two fun races for our Kids of Queens in preparation for Queens Marathon Weekend:

🏁 1 Mile (9:00 AM)

🏃 5K (9:30 AM)

Starting at the iconic Queens Unisphere, runners will take off toward the USTA Center, cross the Hall of Science bridge, and race past the Queens Zoo before crossing the finish line in true Queens fashion. This event celebrates our borough’s next generation of runners — and it’s free for all NYC PSAL students and kids to join!

Parents, guardians, and members of the NYC Running Community are invited to register as pacers to help make sure every kid finishes with a smile. While registration is free, donations are welcome — with all proceeds going toward the Queens Marathon’s pledge to fund NYC Kids Rise College Accounts for all third graders.

This is a no-frills race — just the races, the photos, and the memories — so lace up, show up, and represent your neighborhood!
