Ice Cream Science

For grades 1st to 6th. Join the Long Island Science Center at the Quogue Library as you perform hands-on experiments that explore the molecular nature of matter. The experimentation culminates in the production of a particularly tasty, crystallized concoction, better known as ice cream. A yummy experience!
