Hike with Day Dayton through the Anna and Daniel Mulvihill Preserve and the William Mulvihill Preserve: This program is for adults, teens, and children ages 10 and older.

Hike Leader: Dai Dayton, President, Friends of the Long Pond Greenbelt

Join Dai for a moderately paced 3-plus mile nature hike through these two historically interesting, preserved areas that straddle the Ronkonkoma moraine. You will see such features as vernal pools, kettle holes, glacial erratics, and the Great Swamp as you traverse the fragile ecology of these woodlands and wetlands.
