Happy Mama Expo 2023

Happy Mama Expo 2023 is back, BIGGER & BETTER! The expo is a free, general public event. The purpose of the event is to support the needs of expecting and new moms along their journey to motherhood and to help prevent avoidable complications during pregnancy. Speakers include ACOG, ACNM, DONA International, AAP, Preeclampsia Foundation, Mother to Baby, the American Heart Association, and many others. The program touches on a variety of topics including maternal mental health and wellbeing, heart health, nutrition, and career management to name a few. With live entertainment, trivia, digital swag bags, and cool prizes, IT’S FUN!
