The ingenious blend of Mary Shelley’s biography and her iconic creation, Frankenstein, offers a fresh perspective on the beauty and horror of creation.

By intertwining the real-life and fictional narratives of Shelley, Victor Frankenstein, and Frankenstein’s Monster, Manual Cinema intricately showcases how family, community, and education can shape personhood—or destroy it by their absence.
