Join us at the BLC Teen Zone for this arts and crafts program where teens can do their own take on the classic stars and stripes, learn a bit about vexillology and make a flag that showcases the civics issues you really care about!

This program will be hosted by NYPL’s Teen Civics Ambassadors.
