Ferragosto 2023

The Belmont Business Improvement District is thrilled to welcome everyone back to the neighborhood for Ferragosto 2023! Ferragosto is a special day in the community filled with Italian culture, delicious food, wonderful live entertainment, and great fun. Ferragosto is a way to convene the community in a festival-like atmosphere and share what we have to offer as a historic and culinary center that remains an authentic Little Italy.

The Ferragosto Festival takes place on Arthur Avenue between East 187th Street and Crescent Avenue in The Bronx, NY. The stage is located on East 186th Street between Arthur Avenue and Hughes Avenue. The event occurs annually, on the Sunday after Labor Day, from 12pm-6pm rain or shine.

Bronx Little Italy is home to numerous family-owned small businesses, many of which are owned and operated by the same families that founded them over a century ago. Visitors enjoy the neighborhood’s small-town charm, authenticity, and preservation of Italian culture.
