DIY Tween/Teen Take Home Craft: Tic Tac Toe Board Game Craft Kit

This event will take place at the Kips Bay Library. Stop by the Kips Bay Library and pick up a Tic Tac Toe Board Game Craft Kit. The kit will include everything you need to create your very own Tic Tac Toe Board Game. The kit will include instructions, cardboard, paint, and bottle caps. Kits will be available while supplies last.
