Día de Muertos (2025)
Celebrate Día de Muertos at the HRM with art-making activities and our community altar, or ofrenda, where you are invited to place pictures of your departed loved ones.* Join us for a special art workshop where you can create your own sugar skull mask, or calavera, an important part of the annual celebration that ties the reality of death to more hopeful concepts of rebirth, resurrection, and regeneration. Recommended for ages 4+.
*Please note, it is recommended to bring copies of the pictures instead of originals. If you are unable to do so in person, you may email a photo to Pedro Betanzos at pbetanzos@hrm.org
