Glen Cove Community Gathers to Honor Lives Lost on September 11, 2001

GLEN COVE, NY – On September 11, 2024, the City of Glen Cove invites residents to gather at Pratt Park, adjacent to the Glen Cove Fire Department, to honor and remember the lives lost and those affected by the tragic events of September 11, 2001. This solemn event will serve as a moment of reflection, tribute, and unity for our community as we come together to pay homage to the heroes and victims of that fateful day.

The ceremony will begin at 6:30 PM, at Pratt Park, located at 8 Glen Cove Ave., Glen Cove, NY 11542. The community is encouraged to join us in remembrance and to reaffirm our commitment to never forget the impact of this tragedy on our nation, and particularly our city.
