Join this meaningful evening honoring Juneteenth, a celebration of freedom, resilience, and Black culture—at the Walt Whitman Birthplace. Event Highlights include Unspoken History Treasures: African American artifacts display, poetry readings, Juneteenth merchandise stand, complimentary cakes & cupcakes, and a live saxophone performance.  CJ’s Caribbean American Grill Food Truck will be there with food for purchase. Bring your family and friends for an inspiring evening filled with culture, creativity, and reflection.
