“Cause For Alarm” Home Safety Event

As part of its Cause For Alarm initiative, Kidde, in partnership with The Home Depot and iHeartMedia, is hosting a free home safety event at The Home Depot in the Bronx to engage with community members and promote fire and carbon monoxide (CO) safety education. Attendees will learn about fire prevention, meet members of the FDNY, and enjoy kids’ activities, a food truck, and a live DJ. During the event, attendees will also be encouraged to sign the “Cause For Alarm” pledge to commit to practicing fire and CO safety at home.
