Brooklyn Army Terminal Summer Series Dominican Heritage Celebration

Celebrate Dominican heritage with energetic music, delicious food, and a vibrant showcase of culture and tradition. The New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is hosting a vibrant slate of community events at the historic Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park, which kicked off in June and will run through September 2025. This summer’s programming will feature a wide range of events—from lively parades and festive celebrations to free film screenings under the stars and a series of events celebrating the heritage, spirit, and traditions of New York City’s diverse communities.
