Broadway Playhouse: The Gershwin Brothers

$30
46 – 600×400

Kids learn about the legendary songwriting duo through games, skits and songs like “I Got Rhythm” and “They Can’t Take That Away from Me.” Between 1918 and 1938, New York natives George and Ira Gershwin wrote the songs to more than a dozen Broadway musicals and three Hollywood movies, writing classic songs that are as popular today as they were when they were written, including “Fascinating Rhythm,” “Someone To Watch Over Me” and “The Man I Love.” Theirs is an inspiring story of brotherly collaboration and devotion. Sean Hartley and the beloved Broadway Playhouse cast sing, clown and teach children about the great writers of American musical theater. Kids can sing along to classic numbers and play games as they learn. For ages 4-11 and adults.
