BEE Kind to our Planet
The Shops at Skyview invites the community to a two-day Earth Day celebration. In preparation for the event, they have been harvesting and packaging honey from their beehive and will offer it to the community as a free gift during its two-day “BEE Kind to Our Planet” Earth Day event.
During the event, in a special Beekeeping 101 session, guests will learn the basics of beekeeping and the importance of bees to our ecosystem. There will also be a live “Earth’s Melody” musical performance inspired by nature’s beauty, a planting and veggie stamp craft workshop, a honey candle workshop, sampling of the center’s own honey products, and a number of fun-filled raffles and giveaways for eco-friendly prizes.
