At Patisserie, special Tricolore Vanilla Custard Eclairs are coming back to bring the sweetness in your day. For the brunch lovers, make sure to reserve your spot at T. Brasserie, where a modern take of the classic French fare awaits. In the afternoon, head to the marketplace where Executive Pastry Chef Rory McDonald will be demonstrating at 2PM how to make a signature Pistachio Paris Brest. At 3PM, the team from Chef Jacques Torres will give you a taste of their signature products. From 4 to 7PM, join us in saluting Bastille Day at the Outdoor Bar with live NOLA-style brass band, can-can dancers, roasted suckling pig giveaway, Kir Royale and Hugo Spritz available for purchase.
