BACHATERIA: From the Fields to the Palace

Bachata has gone global. Originating in the rural poverty of the Dominican Republic in the 1950s, Bachata has since become an international music sensation. This live concert event celebrates the rich history, founding heroes, and future stars of the rapidly expanding genre of Bachata music. The show is hosted by DJ Aneudy from the La Mega morning show and features special guest Lenny Santos, a.k.a. Len Melody, guitarist, composer, producer, and entrepreneur who rose to fame as the co-founder of Aventura where he served as producer, lead guitarist, vocalist, composer, and musical director. The event showcases the rising Bachata stars Judy Santos, Joel Insuperable, JFab & Paola, Valerio, Wilven Bello, and Liza + Willie, with a special appearance by Afro-Dominicano, all brought together for this spectacular night of live entertainment.
