A Terracotta Workshop Celebrating Lord Ganesha

The Elephant-Headed Deity Lord Ganesha is an important deity in Hindu Dharma. He is recognized to bring order into this universe and is worshipped before embarking on a new endeavor, intellectual journey, or business enterprise. 

In this 2-hour workshop, learn to make terracotta figurines of Ganesha and through this process understand the importance of this deity in Indian culture. and learn more about elephants and their role in nature.

This workshop is open to kids and adults of all ages. There will be activities scaffolded for all age groups to hang out and learn together in a fun environment. The workshop will end with some ethnic Indian treats!
