Annual Holiday Pancake Breakfast with Santa at The American Airpower Museum
The American Airpower Museum (AAM) will hold its Annual Holiday Pancake Breakfast. Hangar 3 will be decked out with Christmas decorations, plus there will be photo ops with Santa, so bring your cameras and smart phones! Enjoy hot pancakes with butter, maple syrup, sausages and beverages. Breakfast includes admission plus Tram Rides for families around the Hangar’s ramp, weather permitting.
Please be advised there are three seatings, 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. Reservations are required and given on a first come first served basis. To reserve seats please book online or you can call AAM at (631) 293-6398, Wednesday through Sunday, 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You can also visit AAM at Hangar 3, 1230 New Highway, Farmingdale, during business hours. No refunds for cancellations. Library passes not valid for breakfast but accepted after 12:00 noon.
After breakfast, your family can discover the history of U.S. military aviation and explore dozens of exhibits, including America’s most famous WWII military aircraft, North American B-25 Mitchell Bomber and P-51D Mustang, Curtiss P-40M Warhawk (Flying Tiger), Grumman TBM Avenger Torpedo Bomber and Douglas C-47 Skytrain, plus Cold War era jets by Republic Aviation like the F-105 Thunderchief and A-10 Thunderbolt, also known as the “Warthog!”
