25th Annual Run for the Health of It to benefit
the Visiting Nurse Service & Hospice of Suffolk

9 AM Start Rain or Shine / 8:30 AM Kids Fun Run
Cash prizes for top 3 Overall M & F, Top 1 Masters M & F (40+), Top 1 Nurse and Largest Team.
Participants receive a race tee shirt and a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich at Copenhagen Bakery while supplies last.
All Kids Fun Run Participants will receive a medal and a plant to gift a mother figure for Mother’s Day!

Cannot make it on May 10?
Participate in our virtual 5K and run, walk or bike during National Nurses Week. May 6 – 12, 2025.

BIB PICKUP
In-Person: Please see the event staff starting one hour before the event start time.

Hurry; Register 3 weeks in advance to get a personalized Race Number!
You must know your bib number in order to pick up your bib. If you do not know your bib number there will be a Self Lookup area.
If you register within 24 hours of bib pickup you will be texted your bib number within 90 seconds or click on Bib Lookup above.
Virtual: Are shipped to you! Shipping window ranges from one week prior to the event to one week post event.

COURSE
This 5K is a USATF Certified 5K (3.1miles) course through beautiful residential roads of Northport.

Police traffic control, Volunteers.

Water station available approximately mid-way near the East end of Oak Street.

Challenging rolling hills course includes 1.6K of the historic Cow Harbor course.
